Refund policy

Based on European legislation, private customers have the right to cancel the agreement. This must be done within 14 days of delivery by means of a completed return form or model form.
The customer is responsible for the timely return shipment within 14 days.
After the proper and timely receipt of the return shipment, the seller will proceed with a refund.
Food products of which the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken will not be accepted for return.
